Exhibitor Packages

The exhibition will be held on Level +1 of the Palais des Congrès:

The minimum space to be rented is 8 m²
Maximum stand height is 2.5 metres
Free build stands are required to submit a plan for approval to the conference organisers
If not electing a free build stand, shell scheme wall panels must be rented in case of floor space rental
Stand location choice priority is given to major sponsors and on a first-come, first-served basis for all other exhibitors
The Expo floor plan will soon be available on the conference website
Stand allocations will be announced December 1, 2011

1.1 Floor space rental

€ 400/m²

Floor space only plus:

230 volt power supply
Logo and hyperlink on all pages of the Biomedica Summit website
2 free conference badges for stand staff or guests per 4 m²

You will be able to hire wall panels and all additional furniture through an online exhibitors’ platform. Details about pricing and furniture options will be available in the Technical Guide, released January 30, 2012. Extra cost for an 8m² shell scheme is around € 350, depending on your needs.
